First Time at the Gym

Suvanna and I have Thursdays off (from uni), so we decided to hit up the gym and lose the winter weight we have packed on! She came to my place at 10AM and we walked to the gym, took us around 10-15minutes to get there. We looked at the membership, and it cost a whopping $224 for 20 times at the gym, but we save almost $40 if we open that membership instead of paying upfront each week.We worked out for almost two hours before heading off to the shower. We then went to the sauna, we were surrounded by old, fat Croatian men, who asked if we were sisters. We laughed it off, because during our highschool years, teachers always got us mixed up and ended up calling me Suvanna, and Suvanna, Delena. We sat in the sauna for 20 minutes before running out. It was freaking hot in there! We started sweating after three seconds - no lie! We then showered - AGAIN, before going to grab a healthy lunch. We ate at the Hurstville Westfield food court and went window shopping. This is going to become a tradition for the two of us each Thursday~  Labels: friends, gym, membership |
